Make sure you duplicate this â so you have your own copy (top right corner of Notion).
If youâve used this before, youâll know what to do next. Input your goal and actions, then start tracking. If youâre not sure, keep reading below to see a simple set-up instructions.

Setting Up Your Tracker
Setup Instructions
Step 1: Define Your Goal (Or let AI Do It For You)
- Set SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound,).
- Example: "By October 30th, I want to land 3 new clients for [service]."
- Example: âBy February 15th, Iâll create 10 authority-building posts for [niche].â
- Example: âBy [date], I want [specific outcome] for [area of work/expertise].
- Reverse engineer this goal into objectives and tasks (ask GPT to do this for you if youâre struggling â ask it to list 8-10 high-leverage actions, and tell it how much time you have per day to focus on this so as to be realistic.
Step 2: List Your Objectives
- After GPT does this, or you do it yourself, you break down your goal into 8-10 tasks â they are 'income-generating', âauthority-buildingâ or whatever, depending on your goal.
- Example: If your goal is client-based, 1 objective could be "Send 5 cold emails / LinkedIn DMâs daily to ICP."
- List a few extra objectives but don't overextend yourself. The key is start strong and build momentum (itâs ok to have a few easy-to-hit objectives daily so youâre getting wins fast).
Step 3: Assign Points and Rewards
- Assign a point value to each task (10 / 15 / 20 depending on time/difficulty).
- Set up rewards for hitting specific streak milestones (5-day, 10-day, etc.).
- Example: A 5-day reward could be your favourite takeaway or wine.
- Example: A 10-day reward could be giving yourself a full day off, no work.
- Use rewards to transition from instant gratification to delayed gratification. This is a powerful mental switch thatâll help you do the hard work before you reward yourself. Youâll soon stop seeking comfort, leave your comfort zone more, and grow much faster!
Step 4: Track Your Progress
- Mark completed tasks with a 'Y' under the corresponding day (D1, D2, etc.).
- Tally your points. If you hit 100 points, mark it with a đĽ emoji.
- If you prefer to tick off tasks with đď¸ or âď¸, go ahead. Itâs yours to customise.
(just make sure you still hit step 8 daily đđť)
